Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shop Assistant to join our team. The Shop Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in our warehouse and shop, including fabrication, assembly, general painting area assistance, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, power tools, and possess mechanical knowledge. Candidate must be willing to transition between duties and areas where needed.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with fabricating and assembling products according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the shop area
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Assist paint area with paint tasks

Skills:
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or shop environment is preferred
- Valid driver's license is a plus
